Çukurova’nın sarı sıcağından yaylaların serinliğine, pekmez, nar ekşisi kaynatmaya, üzüm hasat edip salça ve elma kurutmaya Kisnisvesaire ekibi ile davetliyiz!

Karaisalı’nın Kuyucu Köyü’nde başlayan hasat ve kadim üretim ziyaretimiz, Kızıldağ Yaylası üzerinden Pozantı İlçesi’ne oradan da dağlar arasında saklanmış, bağlarla çevrili Asar Yaylası’na uzanıyor. Narların taneleri kabuklarından ayrılırken sofalarda kuruyan meyveleri, pestilleri, salçayı tadıyoruz. Sepet sepet üzümler, fokur fokur kaynayan pekmez, pekmezden yeni alınmış cevizli bandırmalar yaylanın her bir yanına yayılan imece üretimin mahsulleri. Biz de narlarımızla bu festivale dahil olup Mahsul’ün daimi destekçileriyle birlikte nar ekşisini kaynatıyoruz.

Bu ziyarette belgelediğimiz üretim süreçlerini belgeledik ve daha fazla insana ulaşması dileğiyle çeşitli kanallarda paylaştık. 

We are invited with the Kisnisvesaire team from the yellow heat of Çukurova to the coolness of the plateaus, to boil molasses, pomegranate syrup, to harvest grapes and to dry tomato paste and apples! Our harvest and ancient production visit, which starts in Kuyucu Village of Karaisalı, extends to Pozantı District via Kızıldağ Plateau and then to Asar Plateau, hidden among the mountains and surrounded by vineyards. While the pomegranate seeds are separated from their shells, we taste the dried fruits, pestils and tomato paste on the tables. Basket after basket of grapes, bubbling molasses, walnut bandırmas fresh from the molasses are the products of the labour production spread all over the plateau. We also participate in this festival with our pomegranates and boil pomegranate syrup together with the permanent supporters of Mahsul. We documented the production processes we documented during this visit and shared them on various channels in the hope of reaching more people. (Deepl)
